About the Role
Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a Microsoft Project Server Analyst to provide expert analysis, configuration, and support for NATO’s Microsoft Project Server environment. This role ensures that NATO’s project management infrastructure operates efficiently, remains secure, and supports mission-critical planning and execution.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Project Server, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise planning and collaboration tools. The role also involves enhancing reporting, refining workflows, and implementing best practices for resource and project portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation, configuration, and security of Microsoft Project Server within NATO’s IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft SharePoint and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain data integrity, system performance, and access control to align with NATO security policies.
  • Support NATO project managers by optimizing project templates, workflows, and task automation.
  • Provide technical guidance on project scheduling, resource allocation, and dependency tracking.
  • Develop dashboards and custom reports to enhance project visibility and decision-making.
  • Monitor system health and implement performance tuning to ensure efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Provide user training and documentation for NATO personnel to enhance system utilization.
  • Implement best practices to protect classified and sensitive project data.
  • Ensure NATO security and governance policies are met within the Project Server environment.
  • Perform regular audits and apply necessary system updates and patches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint environments.
  • Expertise in enterprise project and portfolio management (PPM) methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases, Power BI reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience working with large-scale IT infrastructure and secure environments.
  • Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting NATO, U.S. DoD, or international government organizations.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Project Management and Resource Planning).
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Agile methodologies.
