About the Role

Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a dynamic Demonstration Team Technical Professional to support NATO's Allied Command Transformation (ACT) in Norfolk, VA. This role is part of a high-visibility initiative to showcase the technical innovation and operational value of SACT’s solutions to internal and external NATO audiences. You will lead live demonstrations, workshops, and immersive experiences across a broad range of platforms and formats, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, results-driven presentations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a technical role (engineering, IT, or scientific research).
Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in technical account management or solutions engineering.
At least 2 years’ experience crafting and executing technical communication or campaign strategies.
Minimum 2 years working with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, videographers, SMEs).
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Proven experience managing relationships across various levels and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international or multinational organizations, particularly in military or defense environments.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of NATO structures, missions, and operating procedures.
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., French).
